Is that really you!

Last night as I was talking to a friend via the internet chat MSN. As I was writing to her, I started to burn with fire from Heaven to go to the world and start little fires, so they could ignite. It was truely incredible. The more I talked the more I lit up. The Holy Spirit was with me to confirm that I was now heading in the right directions. It is so good to be in the direction that I am suppose to be heading.

Now the work begins. There are many times I have heard or better yet seen myself buried in the Word and in prayer. I now know that is where my work needs to be. I have never slowed down long enough to hear exactly where I was suppose to be with the business. I am now understanding that I was not suppose to leave this place, or I wasn't suppose to be in the field at great lengths. So I have decided to move the business back home. Where I can now take what the Lord has given me and use the time the time more wisely.

It has been a hard road. Now the road is going to be harder, but I am willing to travel that path that He has laid before me. I know my help comes from the Lord. "Psalms 23:3 He restores my soul; he leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake." For His name sake He will lead me in the correct path. But we need to be willing to do what He says, when He says it and endure it to the end. We need to have the confidence in the Faith of the Word that what He asks us, and we know it is Him, to step out. That is scary. To come out of your comfort zone, to go against the grain and do what you know the Lord is calling you to.

Well this is what is happening to me. I am going against the grain of the world and even the stinking thinking of the church. I am stepping out and telling the church what the Lord is telling me to tell the church. But there is a catch. This time I am NOT listening to the negativity of man. If I hear from the Lord and I know it is the Lord, I am stepping out. It is by my faith that I must do this or I will be in disobiedence to the Lord. If you have a problem with it, then take it before the Lord and get it settled in your heart. More than likely it is not what I say that hurts a person, it is what is inside them that they are not wanting to let go of that hurts. I know I go through it all the time. It is a heart change. I am not saying that I will hit the mark all the time, but with me standing on the scriptures as Psalms 23:3 and Psalms 91 and standng before the Father on a minute by minute basis, then I hope to be able to deliver a more understandable and reliable message.

So I am saying all that to say this. It is not man that I have to listen to, it is the answer from YH. And if I know it is from Him, then I will go for it. This is the same for you. If you have a specific walk that the Lord has you on. And you are not sure what to do about it. Well take it to the Lord. He will give you an answer. Don't come out of Him until He gives the answer that He wants you to have. If it isn't the answer that you want, stay until He changes you to accept what He wants. Remember Psalms 23:3 It is His Paths for His name sake. Not yours. Where you come in, is giving up your life and following Him. Matt 16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

So remember if you have a path and you are not on it. Come back to where you left and start back on the path that He wants you on. Then listen to Him second by second if you have to. Get to know His voice, get to know how to be led by Him throughout the day. Every second of the day. There is a scripture in Psalms or Proverbs that talks about the footstep you allow Him to give to you.

BE Blessed!
Richard
