The Little Fishes

I was riding in town yesterday not as happy as I would like and I saw a van with the little fish on the back of the van. I thought to myself well there is a believer and it cheered me up. Well the Father then showed me something as the day went on.

A few years ago we had a family reunion on my mom's side which in itself is a miracle, but anyway. As we were leaving the reunion, I notice a little fish on the back of the car of a cousin of mine. So I thought I would strike a conversation with my cousin on their beliefs. Well it turn out not to be like I expected. They had purchase that car used and the fish was already on it. They were not where they needed to be nor did they want to hear what I had to say. (You know the prophet in your own hometown.)

Well as I was thinking about this yesterday and this morning. I started to think deeply on it. I said I know there is something that YHVH has for me on this subject. And then He spoke and told me this.

"Those little fishes are there for a purpose. Yes, many of My people do have them on their vehicle, but many are there that are not my children, they just think they are. There are many symbols out there that the people of this earth think by wearing them, having them on their car or in their house will get them closer to Me. Wrong, I am not after trinkets. I am after hearts and actions. Faith overpowers items.

The purpose of these items are witnessing tools for you. They are placed there so that you have a "ice-breaking" to the conversation that you need to begin. Those who wear the big crosses around their neck, ask them how much they love their Jesus. Asked them about their walk with Me. You will find that most of them wear this as a lucky charm more than the meaning behind what it is for.

I have allowed these things to happen so that you will have a extra opportunity to witness to the lost. I have allowed certain things to happen so that you have the edge on the conversation. Hey you don't know what you will find out, go for it."

You know I know what He is talking about. I see those kids come into music store where I work. The rappers that come in are mainly gang members that have those heavy thick crosses on a chain that looks to be the salary of a few paychecks. I never thought about talking to these people. Are they legit or is it a lucky charm. It sure would be to your advantage to find out if it was real or not.

Are those cars that are parked right next to you in the parking that have the fish on them, do they know Him or do they know of Him. I feel it is time for us to start and stand up to witness even to those who say they are believers. Wonder if they think they are and they are not. Opps. I came from a long line of denominational churches. I thought I knew Jesus. If I had died before 1997 I would have been in a world of hurt for I knew not my personal Lord and Savior, Jesus himself.

Even though the Father has spoken to me this morning about witnessing and He's opening a door for us to do that. It still makes me nervous. I know this is of the enemy, but it is still their. I ask for you to pray for me to witness to those that are placed in my life to bring the Good News to the Lost.

BE Blessed!
